Will CBD get my dog high?

No! Our products are made using CBD oil extracted from the hemp plant, which is a type of cannabis plant. Hemp does not contain sufficient amounts of THC to cause psychotropic effects such as getting high.

How do I know if my dog needs CBD?

If you are looking for a holistic approach to try before resorting to industrial pharmaceuticals or invasive procedures, then CBD is for you! You should always consult your veterinarian before starting a supplementation program for your dog. Remember that changes to your dog’s diet may require an adjustment period, so be patient!

How much CBD oil does my dog need?

The dosage depends on the size of your dog and the reason for use. Each product comes with a dosage chart that tells you how much to give per pound body weight. We offer different products for different sizes. We recommend Hemp Drops 150 for small pets under 25 pounds, Hemp Drops 300 for pets between 35 to 60 pounds, Hemp Drops 600 for larger dogs, and the Hemp Drops 1200 for x-large dogs.

What are the side effects of CBD?

Some dogs may experience dry mouth, lowered blood pressure, drowsiness, or diarrhea. Many dogs have no side effects at all. We suggest starting with a small dose to see how your dog responds.

Will my dog like the taste of CBD oil?

We thoughtfully craft our products with your dog’s health and taste buds in mind. For example, we added Antarctic Krill Oil to our formulation to provide both essential fatty acids and a fishy smell that most dogs love. Most of our furry clients happily take their daily CBD drops.

What is the best way to give CBD oil to my dog?

The best way is orally, but we understand that this is not practical for some! You may find it easier to just mix the dose in with your dog’s food. If you do choose to give it with food, just make sure you never cook the oil. Always add it to the food after it has been prepared, right before feeding.

Can I give CBD products to my cat?

Yes, certain CBD products are safe for cats. We recommend only using the oils for cats. You should ensure you follow dosage guidelines for small size animals.
